Parish Relations Team: Supporting Healthy Congregational Relationships

The Parish Relations team is a small group that works to support the relationship between our Pastor Nate, Jaimie Fales (Administrator), and congregation members. They meet monthly with Nate and Jaimie to support the relational and emotional parts of their work at FCCBC. They also serve the congregation in facilitating tough conversations including conflict and other matters. This group is comprised of Roger Bosse, Lynn Rich, and Karen Weideman.
