Sunday Service Times

10:00 am - Worship Service Live Stream on Facebook

Wondering what to expect on Sunday morning?

FCCBC is a busy place. Monday-Saturday of each week, community, civic, art and advocacy groups fill our space with music, laughter and activity.

Sunday morning is the primary time for gathering of our faith community in worship and ritual. Members are able to connect with one another and with God during this time of fellowship. The sermon, testimonies or a conversational dialogue are the main focus of worship time. A piano or guitar and small choir accompany music. Rev. Nate or Rev. EJ may preach, there may be testimonies or a lay leader may preach. Liturgy (prayers, words of affirmation, etc.) is led by a member of the congregation. Communion is open to everyone and is observed the first Sunday of each month.

You’ll meet people who have been a part of the FCCBC faith community for 30 years and people who are visiting. Some folks prefer to wear jeans and a t-shirt while others are most comfortable in a suit and tie. You’ll meet LGBTQ+ folks who are integral parts of our faith community. Following worship, there is a time of fellowship with snacks and coffee in the Courtyard.

Wherever you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here.

Focused Building Stewardship Season

Updated Building Use Policies—2025

That means caring for our historic facility and staff capacity, while making sure our spaces are used in ways that align with our mission, partnerships, and community commitments.

Who May Use the Building

  • Church Members – Members may request space for family celebrations (such as birthdays, showers, or anniversaries), weddings, and memorial services.

  • Tenants and Established Partners – Groups with an existing relationship and a proven track record of care may continue to reserve space for meetings, rehearsals, programs, or celebrations.

  • FCC Programs & Ministries – All church-related activities remain a priority.

We are not currently accepting new tenants or outside community rentals for celebrations, memorials or weddings.

When Spaces Are Available

  • Weekday Hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–3 PM) – Events and meetings that align with FCC’s mission during these hours that do not require special setup are generally permitted.

  • Evenings and Weekends – Use is limited. Sanctuary events are not permitted at these times. Courtyard celebrations may be requested by members and tenants, with advance approval.

Responsibilities of Users
