Masks Optional
COVID Test Positivity rates have fallen dramatically over the last month. Currently, Calhoun County's rate is no longer in the "high transmission rate" category. Therefore, starting on Sunday, March 6, 2022, worship and congregational gatherings will be mask optional. Other mitigation measures such as planned spacing and contact tracing will no longer be necessary. Here are the 3 things to keep in mind regarding this change:
1. You can wear a mask, based on your own understanding of your health needs and the needs of your family.
2. Don't throw away your masks. Should the local transmission rates rise again, we will return to mask required policies. This is to do our part to protect local hospitals from being overwhelmed by COVID positive cases.
3. If you feel ill or have any COVID symptoms, please stay home and join us online.
