Use our online pledge form to let FCCBC know your plans for giving of your time and financial resources in 2022. Pledging is a spiritual practice of gratitude, wellness and custodianship. It also helps those forming the 2022 budget.

What is “stewardship” anyway?

Stewardship is one of those “churchy” words that we use. It is an intentional spiritual practice of custodianship, wellness and gratitude. Pastor Nate explains more in this video.

Fulfill your pledge using your IRA Required Minimum Distribution.

If you have an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) and are required to take a minimum distribution (RMD), you could increase your tax benefit by fulfilling your 2022 FCC pledge with your RMD. Distributions that are directed as a donation to First Congregational are tax free. As always, you should consult your financial advisor regarding the best use of your RMD and the best tax benefit for your investments. The online pledge form can walk you through the information the church will need for this process.
