Large Conference Room (seats 20)

Comfortable seating, conference call phone, white board and audio visual equipment are available for use in this space.

Large Conference Room (seats 20)

Our conference rooms are perfect for board meetings, training and other gatherings. The Large Conference Room can also be arranged in sewing stations with sewing machines available for use by quilting and sewing groups.

Small Conference Room (seats 10)

The Small Conference Room is ideal for small group meetings. A white board is provided for convenience and a conference call phone is available. A television can also be provided for projecting presentations and videos.

Upper Room

Can be arranged for movement activities, trainings and other meetings. Audio visual equipment included in space as well as counter space and sink for food service. Single stall, accessible restroom adjacent to room.

Harmony Room

Used for informal small group meetings and meals. Can be setup to accommodate luncheons, small groups and other meetings. Adjacent kitchen makes for easy meal service. A portable flat screen TV with a smart DVD player is available for video content.

Small Kitchen

Adjacent to the Harmony Room, this kitchen includes an oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator for meal service.

Request Use of a Space at FCCBC

All rooms can be requested in advance using the form below.

If your meeting is planned less than two weeks from now, please contact the FCCBC office directly.

We are no longer hosting private parties (birthdays, open houses, baby showers, etc.) due to policy change and staffing. Space for weddings, funerals, events and meetings can be requested with this form.
Once your event is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation via email or by phone. This confirmation ensures that your event is on the calendar. If you have not received confirmation, you should not consider your space reserved for your event.
Recurring events only need to be requested once.

Discounts are available for members and partnering organizations. Weddings, funerals, trainings and concerts have their own pricing structure based on setup/planning. Your connection to specific organizations or businesses will be checked before a discount will be applied.
